Reestablishing

The concept of home has always been important to me.  I have an incredibly strong connection to my home in Vermont.  This is partly due to being with my family but also I have a deep love for the land itself.  Whenever I travel for long periods of time, I attempt to establish a sense of home in each new place.  Usually I am able to do this by finding elements of the landscape or meaningful relationships that make me feel connected.  For some reason I have had a difficult time making Worcester my home, despite the fact that I have lived here for over three years.  I am now living in an apartment, and I am determined to make a home out of it.  This project is my attempt to find endearing connections to the "landscape" of Worcester.  After three years of residence here, I would like to finally establish my home.
